Post 91 Constitution and By-laws proposed revisions

Legionnaires:  Revised Post 91 Constitution and By-laws In order to comply with IRS requirements, the Post 91 Constitution and By-laws have been revised. Revisions include specifying document retention requirements for the operation of the post, conflict of interest reporting requirements for post officers, and whistle blower protections.

The revised Post 91 Constitution and By-laws will be available at the June, July, and August monthly meetings at 7:00pm on the second Thursday of the month. All proposed changes are highlighted in RED in the document. Members wishing to modify or amend the constitution and by-laws should attend one of these meetings to make a motion to make the desired changes.
